Charity framework

Transparent funding. Verified recipients.

The Charity Vault and Angel Wallet provide distinct, accountable pathways for charitable giving.

01

Transaction

Qualifying DNRM transfers contribute a 3% Donation Fee.

02

Charity Vault

The vault begins at zero and accumulates up to a 20% maximum capacity.

03

Verification & vote

Charities are verified by the Core Team and selected through community voting.

04

Distribution

Approved donations are distributed semi-annually with transparent reporting.

Charity Vault

Protocol-funded charitable giving

  • Starts with a zero balance
  • Funded only through the 3% Donation Fee
  • Maximum capacity of 20% of total supply
  • Fee pauses at capacity and resumes after the balance falls below the cap
  • Used exclusively for verified charitable initiatives
Angel Wallet

Voluntary holder donations

  • Holders may donate all or part of their DNRM
  • Donors may nominate an eligible charitable organization
  • The Core Team performs due diligence and administration
  • Large donations follow market-integrity procedures
  • Transactions remain publicly verifiable on-chain
Charitable governance

One eligible wallet, one vote.

Each eligible wallet may cast one vote during each charitable governance cycle, subject to published eligibility and snapshot rules. The DAO’s role is limited to charitable nominations and Charity Vault distributions.

Verifies charities, administers the protocol, and executes approved distributions.

Community DAO

Nominates and votes on eligible charitable recipients.
